The Forest Academy PE Department offers a broad and varied curriculum to ensure pupils have the opportunity to participate in a range a sports and activities to develop an appetite to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Pupils are also able to develop their physical, mental and social skills through PE. The sports we cover are Football, Basketball, Handball, Rugby, Netball, Fitness/Gym, Table Tennis, Badminton, Trampolining, Athletics, Cricket, Rounders, Softball, Dodgeball and Volleyball. We also offer an extensive extra-curricular timetable which includes lunchtime clubs such as Futsal and Basketball, after-school clubs such as Netball, Football and Fitness/Gym and the chance to represent the school in an array of fixtures and competitions.
