New Mill Schools are situated between the village of New Mill and the town of Holmfirth, both located in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley which is just north of the Peak District in West Yorkshire. We are very lucky to have our schools situated in such beautiful surroundings. The schools are based on two separate, but nearby, sites. They share a Leadership team including the Headteacher and Governing Body and work closely together. Our vision is of two schools working together to provide one continuous learning journey for children. We share the same ethos, values and vision as well as the same curriculum. Both schools are part of the Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust , which is made up of eleven primary schools across Kirklees and Calderdale: New Mill Infant School, New Mill Junior School, Helme C of E Academy, Scissett CE Academy, Skelmanthorpe Academy, St Aidan's CE Academy and Kayes First School, Lowerhouses CE School, St Augustine's CE School, Luddenden CE School and Hebden Royd CE Primary School .
