On behalf of the children and staff of Rufford Primary school, I would like to warmly welcome you to our school. I joined Rufford as Headteacher in September 2022 and I am exceptionally proud of the professional learning community that we are developing. At Rufford, our vision is: For every child, without exception, to be proud of who they are, to leave our school well-prepared for the next stage of their education and to have the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in our modern world. Our staff are dedicated to delivering this vision every day. We know that strong and effective partnership with parents and carers is an essential ingredient for our school. Our aim is to foster a culture of partnership with parents and carers, with other schools within Invictus Education Trust, and with the wider community. These partnerships will help ensure that our whole school community feel confident and secure that Rufford will go from strength to strength.
