Welcome to Fox Grove School, 'bringing out the best' in all its pupils, families, and staff. Fox Grove will have 152 places for children and young people aged between 4 to 19 with autism, referred to in Surrey as complex social and communication needs (CSCN). We are part of The Howard Partnership (THPT) multi academy trust, a family of schools who work together to use and share a wide range of expertise and services. We will prepare each young person to 'live their best life' by giving them the tools to be able to self-regulate, communicate and learn. Feeling safe and trusting each other gives individuals a greater sense of certainty and control over their environment. Connecting with others makes people feel better by helping to regulate emotions, leading to higher self-esteem and empathy. Belonging to a community helps to work out who we are, how we should behave, and provides the certainty and security of belonging that we need.
