Springfield Junior School is a friendly and welcoming school situated at the heart of the community (Ofsted, March 2025) in the west of Ipswich. We are comprised of 12 classes for children aged between 7 and 11, as well as ample group-work areas, a nurture room, a well-resourced library, an indoor play space, outside play areas and a performing arts room. The school hall is used for assemblies, lunches and PE sessions. We are an OPAL school, which means we are working across 18 areas to improve the quality of play of our children, through a creative approach to providing varied activities for play.
