Spreading a little love ahead of Valentine's Day! 💕 We surprised our wonderful staff with a flower and some sweets to say thank you for the care, dedication and kindness they show every day! In our STAR assembly this afternoon we talked about The Winter Olympics and what makes a great sportsperson - whatever the result. Our STARS this week have showed some outstanding Olympian qualities this week to shine brighter than a gold medal. Well done to all of them! Lovingly prepared, beautifully served and made to be shared. ❤️ A delicious Valentine's meal straight from the heart of our kitchen to your childrens plates! ❤️ Year 1 have been learning all about the importance of hand hygiene with a little help from the glitter 'germs'! They learnt a song to help them remember how to clean their hands properly and used warm, soapy water to practise at the sinks. To celebrate #InternetSafetyDay, Year 5 joined over 1,800 children from across South Tyneside to take part in a huge online safety quiz! Thank you to OpenZone at The Word for hosting!
