Since 2015 our parent company Omega Life has been transforming what the provision of care is all about through our children's care homes. Everything they do is focused on delivering the best experience possible, whether you're living in one of our residencies, looking for a career in care or want to transform your care provision. This is proven by our commitment to smaller homes and smaller groups of young people per home and per staff member, allowing enough time and focus to be given to each child's needs. We've always wanted to feel like a family at Omega, that's why we give our young people stability in seeing the same rotation of staff every week, facilitating supportive relationships.
