Like those who arrived on the Windrush decades ago, a generation who overcame obstacles and challenges and who worked hard to build new lives, our vision is akin to this experience. We aim to instil the same work ethic, resilience and independence in our students so that when they leave us, doors are opened and not closed. However, in a world that is becoming ever more polarised, digitalised and complex, it is even more important that young people are fully prepared for the world beyond the school gates.
