| About Us Share About Us Buckingham Preparatory School is a selective, independent school for boys aged 3 – 11 years. Our school is a highly academic , achieving school. We educate our boys to the standard required for placements in all of the prestigious local independent and state senior and grammar schools. We are not connected or tied to any one senior school and as such we plan our curriculum and attainment levels to ensure placements are achieved at the age of 11. We pride ourselves on consistently achieving at least one first choice school offer for every Year 6 boy as they progress through to senior schools . But, important as academic achievement is, our school is also fully committed to whole child education and aims to ensure each boy leaves us with the social and moral life skills required to make them thoughtful and valued members of the wider community.
