It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of responsibility that I write to introduce myself to you as the new Executive Principal of Wade Deacon High School. It is an honour to join such a distinctive, supportive and committed school community. I have worked in education as a senior leader for over twenty years in a wide range of schools and I have been a Principal and a Trust Director of Education since 2013. This includes six years as the Principal of an Ofsted outstanding school. My experiences have all given me extensive experience of raising aspirations, improving outcomes, and nurturing the personal development of every student. I am also a very proud parent of two boys and one girl. I have always held a strong belief in the transformative power of education and my aim at Wade Deacon High School is very simple. I want us to be the best school in the country, and I will not rest until that has been achieved.
