About
School overview

On Track Education was established in 2005 to provide high-quality, bespoke educational and pastoral support for young people who struggle to thrive in mainstream and other specialist settings. Over the years, we have grown into a family of special schools and support services for children and young people in Suffolk, Devon, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Wiltshire. We are a team of highly experienced education professionals with a shared passion for enhancing the lives of young people. Our staff are trained, caring and committed to helping every young person realise their potential. We also work in partnership with external professionals and agencies to ensure well-rounded support for pupils and families. On Track offers more than just academic learning. Our specialist settings help young people to: Every day is a fresh start, and our approach is driven by care, nurture and support as well as a focus on achievement and well-being. Our schools work collaboratively with families, local authorities and professionals to ensure each pupil receives the right support at the right time. This combination helps pupils develop both academically and personally, ready for the next step in life.
