The Visible Learning Status of our schools means that we use evidence-based research to provide CPD and implement changes for improvement. All staff and all levels continue to learn and develop through the comprehensive programme of CPD. All schools within the Trust go beyond the National Curriculum and incorporate contextual elements to enhance pupils sense of belonging. This includes broad, relevant enrichment programmes including use of the Trust Woodlands Activity Centre.
