We do this by nurturing an environment where kindness is the norm, self-belief is in the air, and determination is in our DNA. We do this because when students feel a sense of belonging, they can develop the skills and values to make the most themselves, and help those around them to do the same. Kindness means respecting both ourselves and each other. It helps us learn from our mistakes, nurtures bonds in our community and makes the world a better place through small acts.
