Each child is unique — with a combination of strengths and challenges. We: Embrace and understand the autistic perspective. Work closely with families to guide each pupil's journey. Focus on strengths, interests, and individual learning priorities. Promote inclusion and celebrate neurodiversity across the school community. Our Staff We maintain a 2:1 or 3:1 pupil-to-staff ratio, ensuring dedicated support in each class. Every classroom has a qualified Teacher, and our staff: Receive ongoing training in autism-specific strategies and research. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families. Are supported by a Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) and an Occupational Therapist (OT) to enhance curriculum delivery.
