About
School overview

On behalf of all the Staff and Governors at Summerside, I would like to offer you a warm welcome to Summerside Primary Academy. I feel incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of this wonderful school where all of our children love coming to school as they benefit from an exciting, full and rich curriculum and outstanding pastoral care. Summerside is a special place as a result of our highly diverse community and our inclusive approach. We celebrate children's different cultural and religious backgrounds and ensure that all children feel included and successful. We are skilled in providing for children who are new to English or have additional needs. Our children are excited to learn and have excellent outcomes as a result. Our fantastic staff work hard to ensure that all our children have the skills they need and are well prepared for the next stage of their journey. They do this through our carefully planned and exceptional curriculum offer and develop the character of every child.
