At Springfield, we aim to provide our children with a safe, secure and stimulating environment which meets the individual needs of all children on an equal opportunities basis, regardless of gender, ability, disability, religious or cultural belief, or racial background. The development of mutual respect and quality relationships is at the heart of all we do. Every day, they are supported in developing skills and attitudes which will help them to develop in confidence and independence inside and outside the classroom. When children leave us, we want them to have a love of learning which will stay with them throughout their life. Enjoyment, challenge and activity are at the heart of successful learning and we endeavour to achieve this through a broad and balanced curriculum which allows every child to achieve their potential. We celebrate success to develop high self-esteem and the motivation to further succeed. We want our children to be the very best they can be!
